Join us for workshops featuring our Value Based Trend Management® (VBTM®) system. The workshops are weeklong educational programs, which encourage you to examine your knowledge of the key factors in portfolio management and security selection. Our VBTM® system is calibrated for hedge fund companies who want a complete portfolio management system to optimize portfolios, evaluate potential trades, attribute performance to portfolio decisions, and manage portfolio risk. The workshop’s interactive format provides an environment in which you can apply the concepts and strategies you are learning while engaging in thought-provoking discussions with skilled faculty and fellow participants.
You learn how to answer the following questions using our VBTM® system:
• How risky is my portfolio?
• What contributes most to my portfolio's risk and is it consistent with my expectations?
• How do I align the risk of my portfolio with my expectations of the market?
• How do I explain to my client(s) that I am allocating portfolio risk appropriately?
• Are the returns consistent with the portfolio's strategy?
• What are the benefits of using a fundamental screen?
• How are fundamental screens used and how are the outcomes calculated?
• Do the fundamental screens reflect common investment styles/themes?
• How do I deliver strong absolute returns and avoid blow-ups?
