Illuminant LLC, which was founded by Mr. Dan Beisiegel, is an Oklahoma-based trading and investment firm formed as the predecessor to Illuminant Capital LLC. Illuminant LLC's primary business is to manage client and proprietary capital through global macro hedge fund strategies as well as other alternative investment disciplines. Assets are managed via a broad mandate to trade in a variety of global markets and instruments. Illuminant LLC and its affiliates currently manage strictly private client assets, and are currently closed to any public offerings for the foreseeable future.
